On 21st April this year opened doors the largest mall in Bulgaria, which features 66 000 sq.m where are positioned 185 stores of various foreign and local brands, restaurants and entertainment places. The new large-scale store is positioned on Tsarigradsko Schousse, close to the centre and to the Sofia airport. Here are positioned the hypermarket Carrefour and stores of fashion brands such as Bershka and Zara, Pull and Bear, GAP, Marks & Spencer, Adidas and Nike, Seven Seconds and Palmers, Oviesse and Terranova, Playlife and Max Mara, etc.

Further to the shops and boutiques, there are also numerous cafes and restaurants as well, like for example Fancy and Nordsee, and fast food chains like Burger King and KFC, Subway and Gyros and coffee shops like Starbucks and Flo Café, to mention just a few. Further to that there are many stores for equipment and books such as Technopolis and Multirama, Orange and Apple. There is also a cinema complex with ten halls, a bowling centre and electronic games centre, as well as a fitness with squash courts, boxing and spinning halls.

The mall is surrounded by many square meters of office spaces. It is positioned on six levels, where three of them are underground and feature 2000 parking lots. The mall could be reached easily from the centre of the city and all other neighborhoods. There is a special tunnel under Tsarigradsko Shousse Blvd., which leads to the underground parking. The mall is expected to provoke the interest of the locals and the tourists coming to Sofia. It is set close to some of the serviced apartments in Sofia available for rent and will be a good option for shopping and entertainment during the hot summer days.
