Investors consider Sofia a good place to buy a property
Bulgaria is among the top five countries in Europe, which are still considered to be good zones for investments according to the managers of several leading real estate agencies in Great Britain. These managers are impressed by the bank reserves in the company and the stable economy. Another factor which the leading foreign real estate managers are considering is the number of foreign citizens, which are working in Bulgaria. Often people who decide to purchase or to rent an apartment have several factors to consider. The price of Sofia apartments depend mainly on the location and the infrastructure, but also on size, additional bedrooms and premises, the good quality of the construction, the available amenities and the option of gated complexes. The most sought-after districts are the central zone as these apartments are perfect for tourists and districts like Lozenets, Mladost, Darvenitsa, Students Town, Dianabad, Buxton. The new metro stations of the Sofia underground evoked the interest towards districts like Lyulin.
