Sofia realties market during the second quarter of the year
In the second quarter of the year, the Sofia apartments were offered for the average price of 870-900 Euros per square meter, which turned to be the lowest average price from the start of the crises. This also comes to show that the Sofia property prices have underwent a decline of fifteen percent from the prices in the first quarter of the year.
According to the second quarter statistics, those people who invest in Sofia properties are buying larger apartments, more often two-bedroom Sofia flats, as the prices have dropped and people understood they should be active. Just one example – for the first six months of the year, the prices of Sofia one-bedroom flats have gone down with as much as twenty percent.
During the second quarter, the Sofia rental apartments came with an average price of 480-500 Euros depending on the neighborhood and the existence of furniture. Since the beginning of the year and the first quarter, that average price increased with twenty per cent.
