The decline in the Sofia housing prices is encouraging more buyers and they are thinking to take advantage of the tempting economic conditions which started in the first two months of the year 2010 and are still valid.
As a direct result of the crisis, the Sofia real estate market changed and today the 1-bedroom and the 2-bedroom Sofia apartments saw a drop in the prices by approximately 15 per cent for the past one year.
All the financial experts and even the deputy finance minister say that this is the moment to invest in real estate properties in Bulgaria and especially in the capital Sofia, since the prognosis alarm that in the middle of the year the prices will go up.
