Ale House in downtown Sofia: get a beer

The pub is part of the brewery and is offering live ale beer with no stabilizers and conservatives. In Ale House the clients could get the beer immediately, as the live beer is kept in fermentation tanks that circulate through pipes that reach all twenty tables and end up with a beer tap. We love to visit the place after work and pour ourselves live beer, reading the quantity taken on a digital display above the tap.
