The good Sofia apartments with prestige address keep their prices

A brief analysis of the real estate market in the capital shows that prices of the good apartments in Sofia, which enjoy an excellent and easily accessible location, remained unchanged despite the crisis. The only consequence for the elite Sofia apartments is that the market was now more offers for nice and spacious apartments and penthouses, which enjoy excellent finishing and nice interior, often made by designers. In a normal market situation, such properties would almost never reach the sale market.

The districts that keep the high prices of the real properties remain thwe well-known neighborhoods "Lozenets", "Iztok", "Izgrev" and "Dianabad", with prices there being quite diverse. As might be expected, the larger apartments and penthouses in areas such as "Ovcha Kupel", "Drujba" and "Lyulin" are few, and even when such properties are offered on the market, their prices are not as high as in the eastern and in the southern districts of Sofia.

In the city center most of the old brick-build Sofia apartments are quite spacious. Because of this, and because of their prestigious address, these apartments in the center remain among the most prestigious ones. The highest supply of apartments and masionettes for sale and apartments for rent are to be found in the district of "Lozenets", which is followed by the newly established neighborhood "Monasterski Livadi".
