All rent a car vehicles we offer are up to 4 years old.

The above rates are per car per day (24 hours) and include: 
- 20% VAT
- Unlimited kilometers 
- All road taxes and fees for Bulgaria (including Vignette) 
- Insurance: Third Party Liabilities, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waive,  Personal Accident insurance
- Free delivery and collection of your chosen car hire to any place in Sofia for care rental period of 5 or more days and in case the delivery or collection of car is done during company working hours (from 08:30 to 19:00 - for all days of the week, including weekends).
- Additional equipment in the car: a navigation system, map of Bulgaria and Sofia, child seat, etc., which must be requested in advance.

Methods of payment:
The rental for a car can be paid via: credit card, debit card, in cash or via bank transfer.
 
You can rent a car only after 100% payment in advance of the rental price in Euro or in Bulgarian leva. A safety deposit which will be refunded upon return of the car is also required.  The safety deposit varies in accordance with the model of the hired car (please check the rent a car pricelist above for a deposit for a certain car model).


Procedure for pick up and return of a rented car:
When you hire a car it should be in good overall condition with fully filled tank and clean interior and exterior.  The car rental period starts from the moment the vehicle is rented out.
In case you have rented a car for a period longer than 5 days we can deliver or pick up the hired car to and from any place in Sofia including Sofia airport free of charge.
For delivery and pick up service to any place in Sofia for a car hired for less than 5 days we have the following extra charges:
- during the working hours ( 8.00 am – 7.00 pm) – 5 Euro
- between 7.00 pm – 10.00 pm and 6.00 am – 8.00 am – 10 Euro
- between 10.00 pm – 6.00 am – 20 Euro

When you return the hired car it should be returned in the same condition as received. If the tank is not fully filled the client will be charged 1.50 Euro per liter.  
For rent a car delay the client is charged according to the following rules:
- For return delay of up to 2 hours the client is charged with 50% of the car rental price for 1 day.
- For return delay between 3-11 hours the client is charged the rent value for a full day for the respective rented car.
 - For return delay over 12 hours, the client must notify us via phone call or e-mail and receive our confirmation. If the client does not inform us in advance, the delay will be considered as misappropriation.

Additional equipment:
- Baby / child seat - for free
- Navigation system - free
- Winter tires and snow chains - free
- Map of Sofia and Bulgaria - free
- Ski rack - 5 Euro per day but not more than 50 Euro for the entire period of the rental car
- Car roof luggage rack - 5 Euro per day but not more than 50 Euro for the entire period of the car rental

If you want your car to be equipped with some of the extras above, please let us know in advance. We will provide you with the additional equipment in accordance with the availability.
 

Age and Driver’s License Requirements:
Drivers should be at a minimum age of 21 years for all rent a car classes. There is no upper age limit.  
In order to hire a car the driver should submit a valid driver’s license issued at least 1 year before the rental period starts. The international drivers should present a valid license from their country or residence. If driver’s license is not in English, we require an International Driver’s Permit.  All documents must be original. No copies of documents or documents sent by fax are accepted.
 

Cross Border Policy (Using the vehicle outside the Republic of Bulgaria)
If you want to hire a car and travel abroad you should send a request to us at least 1 working day before the start of the rental period and should receive permission from us. There is also an additional fee of 20 Euro for such trips.
There is a miles restriction for rental cars hired for trips abroad. It is 3 000 km. Exceeding the 3 000 km limit will induce an extra charge of 0.05 Euro per kilometer.

Trips outside Bulgaria are permitted to the following countries:
All countries in the European Union and the following 'Green Card' Member states -Albania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Macedonia, Israel, Iran, Moldova and Morocco.  
Trips to Kosovo and Russian Federation are not allowed.


Cancellation policy:
If you decide to cancel a reservation for rent a car you should send us an e-mail or give us a call. Your cancellation request must be received minimum 12 hours before the start date of the renal period.
Rent a car cancellation fees:
- If cancel more than 7 days prior the starting date 70% of the total rental price will be refunded to you.
- If cancel 7 days or less before the start date of the rental period– 100% of the rental price will be charged.
